Miruna Rus graduated from Babes Bolyai University, Faculty of Law, class of 2023. At the same time, she is a master’s student in the Criminal Sciences and Forensics master’s degree from the same faculty. Throughout her college years, Miruna participated in various renowned competitions in the field of law, such as The Criminal law Moot Court Competition or the Witness Interviewing Competition, which she also won.
Miruna joined the Budușan team in 2023, having already been involved in numerous litigations covering various branches of law. In the field of civil law, she drafted numerous written positions and actions (restraining orders, contractual and tortious liability, eviction requests, successions). In the field of commercial law, she provided assistance and representation to clients in enforcement and debt recovery processes. In addition, she contributed to the drafting of documents in various contravention and criminal law litigation. In the latter field, she offers clients assistance and representation in the phases of criminal investigation, preliminary chamber and in the trial phase.
Miruna stands out as a lawyer through her passion for law and through the sensitivity she shows thanks to her artistic side – these lead her to put her heart into the cases she takes on.
