Denisa Lupașcu is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babes-Boyai University, Cluj-Napoca, and joined the attorney team of Budusan and Associates in spring 2023, she is currently a collaborating lawyer.
At the beginning of the journey, Denisa is passionate about family law, criminal law and wants to better understand the secrets of commercial law. Although many shy away from interactions with public institutions, it is a pleasure for them, dealing with quite a lot of administrative procedures when needed.

Among some of the activities she has been engaged in from the beginning to the present day are listed:

• provided legal advice on various areas;
• a redactat diverse documente necesare desfășurării unui proces;
• has drafted various documents necessary to conduct a process;
• has drawn up the necessary documents for the establishment/modification of a company/association (NGO);
• assisted clients in the prosecution phase and taking preventive measures;
• has assisted clients before courts in various civil or criminal proceedings.

She chose to pursue a career in law because she strongly believes that no matter the circumstances, there is always good in every situation and every person is good, even if it doesn’t seem like it.
